Excellence International is led by Dr. Vivian Rodgers and Dr. Charmaine Thompson-Rodgers, visionary leaders, educators, and Certified Life Coaches committed to raising leaders of Excellence across nations. For nearly three decades, Dr. Vivian Rodgers has served as an international conference speaker, author, leadership trainer, and business management consultant, equipping leaders, professionals, churches, and organizations to operate with excellence, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.
Together, Dr. Viv and Dr. Charmaine lead Excellence International as an online Ministry, Training Center, and Bible College dedicated to spiritual growth, leadership development, and practical Christian living. Through Biblical teaching, mentorship, media outreach, and online training, they empower believers to grow in maturity, strengthen families, discover purpose, and lead with lasting impact.
Dr. Vivian also serves as Vice President and International Dean of Destiny College International, an internationally accredited leadership institution based in Florida, USA. Both Dr. Viv and Dr. Charmaine hold earned Doctoral qualifications in Ministry and Leadership, bringing together faith, scholarship, and lived experience to equip people for Excellence in life, leadership, and Kingdom assignment.
