Dr Vivian Paul Rodgers is the Founder and President of Excellence International (an organization focused on transforming mindsets from mediocrity towards “Excellence”), Mentorship in Business Excellence (Grooming for Excellence in the Marketplace), Team Destiny (A Team of Seminar Speakers) and The Royal Institute of Service Excellence [R.I.S.E] (Training Leaders & Staff to serve with a Spirit of Excellence).
 
He was ordained into the ministry in November 2001 by Drs Theo & Beverley Wolmarans after serving in leadership at Christian Family Church International Johannesburg for a number of years. He received his Doctorate in Ministry in 2009 from Destiny College International in Florida.

Dr Vivian is also an author & a dynamic international speaker who travels the globe teaching life changing Principles of Excellence both in the Market Place & in Christian circles. His latest book “Excellence Driven for Success” is endorsed by “Americas number 1 Confidence Coach” and also by a “Leading Expert in the arena of Excellence”.

He is also a Motivational Speaker & a Key Note Speaker for Men & Women’s Seminars, Youth Rally’s, Leadership Conferences, etc.  Some of his key areas of focus addresses the Royalty within a Lady, Unlocking the greatness within young people by helping them focus on their purpose & The Power of Association.

Dr Vivian’s wife, Charmaine Thompson-Rodgers, is a businesswoman who has a passion to ignite young ladies to reach far beyond their hurts by inspiring them into greatness. Her creativity and passion for photography has built her a reputation for being able to capture the inner beauty of women from all walks of life. She has co-authored booklets together with her husband such as “Principles for an Excellent Marriage” & “Break Free from Generational Curses & Soul Ties”.

Charmaine is also the founder of “Excellence Creations”, an on-line Christian Gift Shop, and “Tarrksha Photography”.
